Deon – Director of Operations

Deon - Director of Operations/Lead Hygienist

Deon brings 20 years experience to our team. She began working as a dental assistant in high school. She went on to graduate from Oregon Health Sciences University with a bachelors degree in dental hygiene. Deon is a registered dental hygienist and enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them identify those dental procedures that will meet their goals and fit within their budget. Goal setting with her patients can range from simple routine cleanings and maintaining good oral health to discussing full mouth reconstruction As well as clinical work, she enjoys the behind the scenes operations of the dental office and assists in the logistics of daily operations.

Courtney – Dental Hygienist

Courtney brings years of experience to the team. She started working as a dental assistant after high school. She then went on to study dental hygiene and graduated from Mt. Hood Community College. Courtney enjoys getting to know her patients and spending the time to best meet their needs. She is committed to her patients and providing quality care to help develop a healthier smile. She is known to be thorough and gentle. When she’s not in the office, you can find her with her husband, baby son, Cohen, and their Australian Shepherd, Charlie.

Nicole – Dental Hygienist

Nicole has a bachelors degree in dental hygiene from Oregon Health Sciences University. Nicole really enjoys the relationships she is able to develop with each patient. She believes that building trust is a key factor while providing gentle, thorough care to each patient. With advanced care, Nicole strives to help her patients achieve their oral health goals in a comfortable and positive environment.

Josephine – Dental Hygienist

Josephine grew up in Happy Valley and loves that she is now able to give back to her community through dental hygiene. She is a registered dental hygienist, and a graduate of Mt. Hood Community College. Josephine truly cares about her patients and developing a relationship of trust. She makes it her goal for every appointment to be positive, as well as informative.

When not practicing dental hygiene, she enjoys spending time with her husband, baby son, Judd, and their Boston Terrier, Roxy, on their property in Oregon City.

Morgan – Dental Hygienist

Morgan – Dental Hygienist

Morgan has been in dentistry for 15 years. She started out as a dental assistant and then went on to study dental hygiene at Portland Community College. Morgan has a passion for oral health and meeting the needs of each individual patient. She enjoys getting to know her patients on a personal level and strives to make each dental visit a positive experience. She is passionate about communicating clearly with her patients in a positive, supportive way so they get a good picture of their oral health.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, Henry, Hunter and Sophia. Some of her favorite things include Starbucks, her Peloton, and reality TV.

Casey – Dental Assistant

Casey has 17 years of dental assisting experience and has Expanded Functions Certificate. Casey’s experience goes beyond her excellent chair side skill and ability to assist patients. She is incredibly knowledgeable about treatment options and enjoys working one on one with her patients to help create beautiful, lasting smiles. Casey’s patients love how professional, kind, and honest she is.

Grace – Dental Assistant

Grace has 12 years of dental assisting experience and received her Expanded Function Certificate in Dallas, Texas, where she lived for eight years. Grace has spent her career working with dental-phobic patients who require extra comfort, thus expanding her range of patient care. She enjoys interacting with patients and educating them about their dental care.

Outside work, Grace enjoys traveling, cooking, exploring new food spots around town, and spending quality time with her husband, Chance, and their Pomeranian poodle, Benji.
